- While designing my website for this assignment, I learned and practiced many skills. There are many principles I used when designing. Utilizing contrast, I was able to differentiate and make other titles and passages stand out. Another great principle that I used were alignments. With pictures and passages, it helped my website flow and look better and make a connections. Lastly, using repetition I found more consistency which helped when forming lists and keeping the professional look for the site. I enjoyed finding the better looks for the site and personalizing the template. I can use this site and my website making skills in order to have an excellent class website and make it a great resource for both students and parents.

- Using QR codes in the class can have many many uses. First, it can be used as a link to a google classroom, classdojo, or padlet. That way students have a faster access into these sites instead of having to search through the internet. It can also be used to gain access into games for queuing up for games such as kahoot. Next, they can be used for parents as a quick way to access the agenda part of my site, which makes it more efficient for them. Lastly, they can be used to show parents news or letters about students more discreetly.
- Scenario: The Cheating Incident Background: You are teaching a fifth-grade class, and you've just given an important math exam that will significantly impact students' grades. One of your students, Alex, has always been a diligent worker but has been struggling with the material lately. The Incident: During the exam, you notice that Alex keeps glancing at another student's paper. After the exam, you discover that Alex had written answers on their desk, which they used to cheat. When you approach Alex to discuss what happened, they admit to cheating, explaining they felt overwhelmed and didn’t want to disappoint their parents. First, I would talk to Alex and tell him that he should know cheating is wrong and there have to be consequences. I will tell him that while I understand how that pressure feels, I can't just let him go on with no trouble, as it would not be fair for him or the other students. If the parent's pressure is the problem, I will make sure Alex can stay 10 or 15 minutes after class reviewing the material to be prepare with the teacher instead of being worried about the pressure. I would speak to his parents to let him know that he will be getting a lower grade in the test, but moving forward I will try to help him be more prepared, so he doesn't have to resort to cheating. It is an ethical situation because this student is usually very prepared and do to events out of his control he had to resort to cheating and finding the answers before the test.
Love the pictures of you with your students. Very organized and informational. great work.
